How to change audio channel identification

Hi does anybody know how to alter the track name/channel identiffication so that it is reable in media info?  I'm exporting a Pro Res with 10 cahannels of audio stereo L Stereo R (Mix) Stereo le Stereo R (ME) and 5.1 Mix from premiere.  Below is how the end user says they shoudl be indentified. I can do it with old QuickTime Pro software but not sure any other way.  - Thanks!
