How to change default color settings in Premiere Pro?

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the default project colors in Premiere Pro 2023.
The files that I upload to the premier pro timeline have a different color in the program and after rendering. What could be the reason for the color change. I don't use any effects. The file changes color when uploaded to the program.

Are the colors more accurate after rendering? Rendering may be required to give you a more accurate result with some files.

Also system specs and Premiere version would be good information to include.

Thank for your answer.
Nothing changes after rendering.
It seems to me that it may be the fault of the color profile of the footages.
I clicked modify on the footage in the library and the colors are better.

Hey,  Yes, I uploaded png and it's very strange that png changed color in premiere because png doesn't have preset color profiles.

But png can have alpha channels. Does this one?

How to check?
Surely the source file doesn't have the option to modify the color settings in the library like movie files.

I think MediaInfo can show whether or not there's an alpha channel.
