Hello there.
The title says it all...
1st, I need to change the language from that PSEUDO-Portuguese to English.
I don't see ANY way I can do that, nor do the tutorials I've already watched solve the problem, or help with anything, which leads me to conclude those tutorials must be for earlier versions and not for this latest one.
2nd, I really HATE that Black, which highly strains my eye-sight and I need to change it to either White or Grey, or whatever else that is NOT Black, so I don't get vertigo after looking away from the screen or get a visual shock when changing to a white/grey window.
This is something CRITICAL for anyone who suffers from Migrains, specially when they're particularly agressive and intense, like mine.
Is there any way to do both of those things?
Because it there's no way of doing both of those things, then I'll fix the problem myself, in less than 2 minutes: COMPLETE UNINSTALL!!!
I hope I wont have to resort to that, specially because this is a Student Account, but hey, it's a Health Issue and Health Comes First!
I'm sorry if I might seem a bit irritated, but I actually am, altough, of course, none of you have anything to do with that, so, my sincerest apologies, but, please, try to understand.
Thanks.

How to change language of CC apps.
And, from this page:
Choose Edit > Preferences > Appearance (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Preferences > Appearance (macOS).
Drag the User Interface Brightness slider to the left or right. Click Default to restore the default brightness level.

Thanks for you your reply, but solves nothing and also is nothing I haven't yet tried.
That does NOT get rid of the Black.
See all this Black? I DO NOT want that! I want it White or Grey or Light/Medium Blue, or whatever colour that is NOT Black!
If there's a way to do that, fine, please someone let me know how it's done.
It not at all possible, then, thanks for for everyone's time and I'll UNINSTALL and NOT use this!
Same for changing the Language, because I will NOT have PSEUDO-Portuguese, I'll have REAL Portuguese or English, but since you don't have REAL Portuguese and only that Dialect of Portuguese that is spoken in Brazil, I want it in English.
Those 2 are sine qua non conditions for me to use this software, because it's ME who decides how things are setup on my machine, according to MY Preferences, not anyone else's!!!

You need to change the language from the Creative Cloud app. After you pick the language, you'll need to re-install the software.
As for the appearance, as mentioned by @Rag and Bone, go to Edit > Preferences > Appearance, and change the slider as desired. Though it won't go all the way to white, but it can give you a nice lite gray.

Hello Sami.
That does not work for me.
The lightest that I can get it to be, it's still way to dark for me not to get any migraines.
I really do need White/Grey (light), Light/Medium Black, something that will not cause me any visual shock that will trigger me any migraine.
Do you see the difference between these 2?
It's still way too dark, this will not work for me, giving me huge migraines as a result of using it.
Some people are more photo-sensitive than others and I happen to be ultra-sensitive, so, this is a major issue for me.
Thanks.

Your extremely emphatic style discourages me from offering more help, (I feel as if I'm being blamed) nevertheless...
I'm surprised that the procedure to change the default language to English that I referenced didn't work. What was the result when you re-installed Premiere after setting your CC preferences to English?

Please, I'm NOT blaming you for anything, surely you're not to blame for something you did not cause or do! 🙂 🙂 🙂
I do appreciate any help, to see if I/we can get this sorted.
In terms of Language, I already tried everything.
1- Regular default installation and then try to change: Didn't work.
2- Directly on my Account Settings page, change to English and it works, but then, go to the Creative Cloud app, change to English there and it does nothing.
3- Uninstalled everthing, Account Page was still in English, then I went to the Creative Cloud and it's still the same (PSEUDO-Portuguese), tried downloading after having, again, changed to English and the installation, again, comes up in PSEUDO-Portuguese.
4- As this led me to believe it could be Location seetings (I'm in Portugal), I opened up a VPN and set it to an American IP (LA Location), but NO luck, same things occured.
5- Again, TOTAL Uninstall, restarted my machine, again opened the VPN, repate procedure, same results.
Nothing worked.
As you can see, I'm not blaming you, at all 🙂 🙂 🙂

Hmm..no idea. What OS are you using?
If Mac OS, have you tried this?
I believe Windows has a similar process, but I'm not a windows user.

It's Windows 10 Pro.
As you can imagine, I'm not gonna change the OS Defalut Language, just because of 1 specific software, so I can use only 1 piece of software in another language, makes no sense... 😛
The thing is, why build the program in such a way, when all other software I've used, tested and tried, it's so easy and fast?
Run Installer, Ask what Language, Choose, Proceed, Done.
Or, Default Install, go to Settings/Preferences, Language, Choose, Apply, BOOM, Done!
Why so heavily complicate what is so simple?
Same for Colour, why that Black thing when it's so agressive on the Sight an causes migraines and you're stuck with that and the only solution to avoid that is uninstall?
Has anyone really thought this trhough?
It's a Health Issue, not some minor detail you can overlook, thus being a Must Address issue to solve on upcoming builds and versions, so users can have a Safe Choice that does not hurt their eyes nor gives them incapacitating exploding-like migraines.
Another example: Android is also trying to impose that Black thing and is already what comes by Default in plenty of phone models, but you can just go there, change it and it's done, in a snap, no more Black...!

It does seem you need a different app, but I don't know what would suit your requirements.
You could submit a feature request or bug report.

I do have another software installed, but it's mine, for Private use, while this Premiere Pro is a Schooling Account for Professional Learning Purposes and Execution, that's the thing...
And this ones does have a lot more features, etc, but...
Well, as always, Health Comes First and if this issue cannot be fixed, then fixed it is and uninstalled it will be...!
