I might not be 100% sure of what you're asking here, but if you want to import a composition to Premiere from After Effects using Dynamic Link, then inside of Premiere you can go to File > Adobe Dynamic Link > Import After Effects Composition

Thanks

but I mean something else.

Let's say that I created a new composition in AE by replacing a shot from Premiere Pro timeline with AE Comp, using the function : Replace with AE compositon ...

and then I want to make a copy of this new AE composition on timeline , but in such a way that the change in AE , does not change the first  composition.

You would need a new Ae comp to do that.

Thanks Nail,

Well, yes,
But I would like to use the prepared graphics in the first  AE composition, and then modify copy  in such a way that it does not affect the first  AE composition.
Something like a copy on the timeline the title GFX  made inside Premiere Pro

OK,   I can make a copy of the first AE composition , and then I create a new composition from first composition , and then inside AE I copy the track from the previous composition ,

but I am looking for a simpler method to do this.

Copy first AE comp in timeline, superimpose and hit Replace again would be the way to go. IMO.

Btw, I didn't mean start a new comp in Ae from scratch. Duplicate it in Ae, then mod the dupe.

But if Ann's suggestion works, that's even better.
