How to create a mask for a rounded border?

Question

Hi! Hoping to make a video that presents itself as a tweet with a video underneath itself which plays, but am noticing that twitter's video format is always rounded video edges. Basically, I need to create a template to fake a twitter video post. Do y'all by any chance know how to easily round the edges of a video, or if there's a template for that?

Here is the Roughen Edges setting that I used.Change Edge Color to white or a color of your choice. .

I'm not at my video editing computer now to look at the settings, but I have done this using the Roughen Edges effect and exporting to a file that supports transparency.  I will get those settings for you when I able to be at my editing computer.
