How to create a seamless audio loop via premiere pro?

So I hope this is appropriate for Premiere Pro. I have been trying to make nature videos with calming sounds that last for 8 hours or more. I learned how to "remix" audio from premiere pro to adobe audition recently, but when I played back the sounds it really isn't a seamless loop. It only uses PARTS of the audio and not every part of it. Does anyone know how to make an audio loop via Premiere Pro (or Audition I guess) without just doing a copy/paste situation? That way is not seamless and would take forever for the length of the videos I'm making.

Can you crossfade from the end of your track to the beginning of the same track and get a seamless result? You might need to trim the start and end of you track so the crossfade is seamless. Once you've got it trimmed, select the clip and copy/paste. Hit paste say 10 times or so. Then reselect all the clips, and copy/paste again. With 30mins of music, you'll only need to paste 15 more times to get 8 hours. You can then select all the clips and hit shift+d to add the crossfade to all transitions. Just tested this, it might get a bit laggy once you have a really long timeline, and you might have some issues exporting - cant say I've ever tried exporting very very long sequences.
