How to delete the "Motion Graphics Template Media" scratch disk for a specific project?

We work in Premiere using Team Projects and have all our scratch disks set to the same folder in a common storage. 
We have a project that we need to wipe out from our system so, we also need the scratch disks for that project to be gone. 

Most of the scratch disks folders have the project name in them, so that's easy to identify, but the "Motion Graphics Template Media" folder doesn't have the project names (see attachment). 

How can I wipe a project from my system and make sure all of the scratch disks are also gone?
