How to embed video (mp4) inside an image

Good Morning,

I'm sure there is a tutorial on this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it...

I have Adobe CC running on windows 10. I want to embed a video inside an image; similar to seeing a picture of a TV with video playing on the TV screen. I would like the final product to be rendered as an MP4.

I'm not sure how to do this to size & place the video where I need it. I would appreciate any guidance on where to start. My Photoshop skills are about a 7 out of 10; My Premiere Pro skills are about 5 out of 10; and my After Effects skills are about a minus 46 out of 10...

Thanks in advance for your guidance & suggestions..!

Hi Vtglass - You can place the image in a new Premiere Pro sequence. Then drag the video on top of the image in the sequence on video layer 2. Then with the video clip selected from the sequence you can scale down the size of the video and reposition it your desired location under the "effects controls" tab. Then you can either apply a "crop" effect (from the effects tab) to the video to crop it to the size you desire or you can draw a mask under the opacity tool under "effects controls." Let me know if you have further questions!
