How to export a file from Premiere Pro to upload in Instagram

Hi!

I got trubbles exporting a video-file. I am making it an mp4 1080x1920 but neither my computer (PC) nor my phone (Android) is able to open it and I don't know why.

Anyone here who has a clue?

Hello, for instagram I would advice to export 1080x1350 for 4:5 ratio for portrait post (i've added for you a nice photo for the format for photos and videos as well)

Always start by creating a sequence that has the exact settings as your final project export.

I have added the export settings i would advice for HQ video. Your Target 19Mbps is too high, that may be the issue you are not able to play it on phones, try my settings and let me know.

Thank you so much for your help but it isnt working. 
I changed to 1080x1350 and had 4mbps.

The origial media is a screen-recordning from a Mac computer and there is no Audio. I got simple graphics with a litte transision effect and a transision effect in the video. If that information is of any importance...?

Ok, try 3 things by order:

- Try other phones, Apple/Android and see if the problem is from your phone.

- If you are sending the video via bluetooth try to put it on the cloud and download it on the phone. 

- After restarting you computer, Create a new project and simply copy and past your edit from one seq/project to the new one and then export it again.
