How to Export and retain bit rates or original video

I have 4k MP4 videos from my Canon EOS R5. The example in the files attached started out as 1.63GB file. I trimmed about 500ms from the end and Exported with Match Source specified.  What I got was a 256MB file with the overall bit rate drastically reduced (469MB/s to 77.9MB/s), along with changes in other metadata I did not expect.  I would like to be able to Export the exact same quality produced by my cameras.  I cannot find any combination of output parameters to do tlhis.

I have attached two text files containing the metadata of the original video and the exported trimmed video.  The metadata. info was produced using the app MediaInfo.

Would appreciate any suggestions that resolve this issue.

Premiere's export settings include a Match Source for the Basic Video Settings (Frame Size, Frame Rate, Field Order and Aspect). It does not have this match source for Bit Rate. Under Bitrate Settings, you can adjust the Target Bitrate to a number close to your orginal.

Even if you're just trimming some time off the end of a video, when you export the video, it will be re-encoded and may even have different compression to the original, resultimg in a different file size.
