How to find an image in a video

Help is needed. I have an image (a frame from a video, png), I need to find the scene in the video where the image from the picture is located. Tell me how to do it.

If there's no timecode or filename or other identifying data you'll have to do it manually.  Load the still into your source monitor, then scroll through your timeline and compare more granularly when you find similar looking scenes.

That's just the point that I do not want manually. Video conditionally 1 hour, search manually for a long time.
Is there really no function to search for a scene (similar scene) by frame.
The frame itself is from this video, but I do not know at what time. So I need to find at what time in the video this scene.
