but then whenever I try to export, premiere pro alway crash. (I can access 'export set-up', but when i choose incording H.264 (incording format), it stopped)
Pleas help me..
Go to your Edit/Preferences/Media tab and un-check hardware accelerated encoding. This seems to fix the problem for some users.

I have un-checked accelerated encoding but I still get the h.264(exporter:4) error and I am unable to export my project as an mp4, although I am able to export it as a wmv, which is strange. Any advice?

What's the media on the sequence? What created it?

Hi Neil,
My sequence was working perfectly then out of the blue I recieved an error saying "a low level exception occured in device 4. I now have no playback sound in the main sequence but when I click the sound track, it appears in the smaller window and works fine? The sound bar doesn't even move in the main sequence, very strange.
I have been through your process of Edit/ Preferences and this was already off.
Would love to know your thoughts!
Jess
