How to get picture back to normal size after being shrunk in reattached grouped clip

This keeps happening across a shared project with editors.

We can't figure out hwo to have it revert back to original size without putting a band aid in the meantime on it by resizing the image.

Everything is 1920x1080. This only occurs when the proxy detatches from the grouped clip and then once reattached they both shrink in size.
