How to get (slightly violent) camera shake.

Hey guys. I am in the works of making a video on racing. However the recordings of cars are a bit too smooth. I am attempting to get that "Wind hitting the camera" kind of violent shake. I know that After Effects has the code for wiggle which I am not able to find out
