How to Import My User Settings and Preferences from Documents folder not the Creative Cloud

I would like to access my settings I saved to the User > Documents > Adobe >Premiere Pro folder and not the settings in the Creative Cloud. Why?  I've moved from a machine I was working on that used a different CC account which I do not have the password for.  Knowing this, I copied the folder of settings in the User's  documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro to a drive and then transferred these settings into my own folder on my own drive in my own edit room.  But, when I open the project, my settings from the CC is accessed, not my latest saved settings in the Documents > Adobe > Premiere folder.  How do I correct this?

Running the latest version 22.6.2

That should be found in the Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/22.0/ folder tree. You'll have both (typically) a Profile - <username> and a Creative Cloud profile folder there.

Yes, thank you for the reply, Neil.  My project is not accessing these settings on the internal hard drive but rather what is stored in the Creative Cloud.  How do I correct this?

Check by disconnecting the computer from the 'net. See if it then accesses the files you want it to. If not connected, and it's still using the other settings, then ... there's another local location it's using.
