How to improve performance in adobe premiere and AE using nvidia control panel ?

Hi to everyone. 

I've just improve performance in premiere and AE using preferences in every adobe software. But can I improve performances in Nvidia control panel 

 This is a picture of nvidia settings (in Italian but i think in English is the same preview) and i see that part of functions are disabled.
