To import a MOV file, you first need to convert it into Mp4.

For that rename the file without erasing anything just add ".mp4" and save it.

It'll be converted to Mp4 and than you can import it easily:)

If they're QuickTime files, they aren't really "transitions" in the PP sense of the word.  They're just normal video clips, and you would treat them as such.

No, unfortunately!

I bought a pack in last month with this neme: "100 + Alpha Transitions Pack"

but when i can not import and use them!

Please help me!

If you don't have a link as to where you bought the transitions, you don't have a brand name for them—so we can't search for directions, & you don't have any other info about them, so we really can't help you. Perhaps if you uploaded a sample, then perhaps we can take a look. Otherwise, I don't know how to advise you.

Thanks,

Kevin

in it's folder exists a name of "s9motion.com"

And i have a preview video of this pack, do you want to i upload it for you ?

In the end of preview video, written a name of this company.

Thanks
