There is no such thing as a 32 bit version of Premiere CC, they all need 64 bit.

I have to ask.... Why do you want to install a 32-bit version of any program if it's available in 64-bit and you have a 64-bit system?

There is no such thing... Premiere Pro has been 64bit ONLY ever since version CS5 over 6 years ago

You may not install a 64bit program on a 32bit operating system

If you have a 32bit operating system, your ONLY option for an Adobe program is to check a retailer like Amazon to find out if they still have Premiere Elements version 14 available to sell
