I have a logo that I wanted to animate and use it in my DVD menu. I wanted that logo to replay ever minute or so. Which program(s) do I use and where are the video to do this?

You create a video that will loop. You can use After Effects or Premiere Pro. For DVD, export as MPEG2-DVD, and import to Encore "as asset." You add that video as the motion background for the menu.

"Every minute or so" means you will have a video of one to two minutes, and that will take significant space on the DVD. You cannot set it to play only once every minute or so.

A workaround is to create a menu with no background, set a duration of one minute, and an end action to go to another (identical) menu that has the (short) logo animation video, with a duration to match the video and an end action to go back to the still menu.
