There is a workflow if you have AE.

1. Open After Effects

2. Import your files into AE

3. Select the files you want to turn into Sequences in Premiere

4. Drag them to the New Sequence button, or Right–click on them and choose New Comp From Selection.

5. Choose Individual Comps from the dialog

6. Choose File > Export > Premiere Pro Project

7. Open the project in Premiere Pro

The Comps in AE were converted into Sequences in Premiere Pro.

But like Ann, I have the question as to why you would want to make a sequence for each of your clips in Premiere Pro. I'm not familiar with a workflow that usually calls for that.

I do real estate videos and I need warp stabilizer on most of my clips (really low like 1-5%). And in order to do that with time remapping you need to nest them all individually.

Alas one at a time, but why do you want to do that?
