How to open a Premiere 2024 project in Premiere 2023?

Is there any way to open a project that was is in the format of Premiere Pro 2024 in Premiere Pro 2023? I accidentally lost the original 2023 file which was made when I opened the project in 2024 for the first time. I'm fine losing some features, I just really need to be able to use Premiere 2023.

One note that worked for me (MAcbook Pro, M1 Max, 32 GB Memory, Sonoma 14.5) -- was to dump regular premiere pro 24.4.1 and upgrade to latest beta 24.6.  Now I don't even need my proxies to playback 6K Sony MXF files.
