How to quantize markers

Hello, so I am new to premier and am making a music video and would like to use markers to make my cuts, however, I would like them to be exact, not just almost exact. The method I'm using rn is to make the markers in real time by playing back the audio and pressing m at the points where the beat is hitting. So now I have a bunch of markers that are pretty close to the beat of the song but not exact. Is there a way to quantize the markers to eighth notes to the bpm I have the song at. If anyone knows how to do this that would be awesome. Also if there is a better way to make cuts/add markers that are exact, please lmk. Thanks.

Notes and BPM have no meaning in the world of video, which is frame based.  You can move markers manually to be more precise, but if they just don't line up at frame points, there nothing you can really do.
