How to raproach elements in the time line in one shortcut ?

Hello,

I am absolutely sure there is a to do it, but it can't find how.

Is there a way to rapproach and stick all the green elements (audio) with only one shortcut, without having to move them individually (which takes me a lot of time because my computer is a bit slow.)
