How to remove default workspaces?

Hi, What up?

I have an question 'bout workspaces.

Currently I created two custom workspaces, for editing and importing. And for example default "Edit" workspace is now needless for me. Sure, I can edit workspaces by entering "Edit workspaces" and deleting workspaces in Bar tab.

Then I can drag my custom workspaces onto Bar tab.

But.

After restarting Premiere Pro default workspaces are again on the Bar and my custom ones are hidden. And it's over and over again.

Is there any method for keeping workspaces as they are?
