How to remove Effects Presets Bin?

Hello, I just started Premier Pro 2020.

I have one question. Please look at the picture below.

This is my Effects panel presets screen.
After importing and using a preset created by someone else, several folders were created as shown in the picture above.
I just did it for a test, so I don't need that folder anymore.
I want to save only my own presets later.

But the problem is, those folders can't be deleted
Delete key is not activated even if I press the right mouse button.

I've completely deleted Premier Pro, but those folders are still there.

I even used a cleaner tool.

Please let me know the solution.
Thank you!

Those are the default presets that come with Premiere Pro, they are part of the default effects that come with Premiere:

If you don't want to use them, just ignore them. They don't prevent you from adding your own presets.

Having the same problem! I have 3 random preset bins called "Essential Motion V2.0" "Mosaics" and "PiPs".

This is problematic because the purpose of presets is to have FX that are easy to find without additional clutter. As a minmialist this is so frustrating as i have to look at 3 extra undeleteable bins when I look for my preset forcing me to simply put all of my presets into the main bin so they are in a long list. rendering me unable to utilize the bins properly without some sort of silly chronological naming prefix further cluttering up my interface even more than it already is by default.

Adobe- Why not just put those FX in the normal location for FX RIGHT BELOW THE Presets in one of the main FX folders. I do not need hand holding, I am an adult professional video editor for 20 years I know what I wan tand it is to be able to delete your little bins.

Thanks for your answer.

I thought that only the effects created by the user are stored in presets, and the default effects are only in the folder under it.

This would make logical sense
