I have one precisely good take in commercial, but there is a sound of snapping fingers while narrator speaking, is there any way to lower this sound? i tried DeNoise effect but it's doing nothing with that finger snap

You could take the audio to Audition, the Waveform workspace, and if you have a "clean" snap sound, with no other talking, you can "clean" that with a brush on the waveform, and 'paste' that cleaning to the rest of the file.

That can do wonders for at least lessening if not always completely removing phone ringing bells, other recurring sounds. Not always, but worth a shot.

Change the timecode indicator to audio units and then cut the finger snap sound out.

Replace with a piece of the background silence if necessary.
