I was looking if there is some sort of wiggle effect from after effects, but then in premiere? I want to shake a picture ij my video, is it possible without keyframing bit by bit?

Short answer: no

But once you got it working you can save it into a preset.

This might help

Its quite weird that premiere pro has so many things in it but theres no decent way to so something as basic as shaking something. They should definitely add that.

I used final cut pro for quite a while before premiere and it had an "earthquake" effect.

J-OK,

As you probably know, you sometimes have to purchase third party effects for special cases. That is why companies like Red Giant are in business. Here is another free pack, however, from Jordy at Cinecom. See if these work for you: https://www.cinecom.net/designer-packs/ultimate-earthquake/

You can also make a feature request here.

Thanks,
Kevin
