 I also downloaded version 14.0 and the same thing appears.

You may need to use the Cleaner Tool and reinstall:

I'll try to do it. I also have a question, can this error be caused by an xml file? I have Vegas Pro 17.0. I once exported to a prproj. file but as soon as I opened this file in APr, the program immediately jammed and told me to send the report. So I exported it as xml. And everything worked until the program jammed and I had to start it again, and the next day the problem appeared. I will add that when I open an xml file in APr I get a window :

Try deleting the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
