How to zoom in/out shortcut in previewing ?

I searched on google/youtube for a solution and could find one for a such simple thing.
How can i zoom in and out shortcut on my preview without using the fold down menu (Adapter, 10%, 20% etc...) its a huge loss of time and its painful to use. Thanks
