I am Unable to import Canon EOS R5" 10bit Clog 3 HQ 4K footage

"HELP" I got my new Camera "Canon EOS R5" and I shot a new project on 10bit Clog 3 HQ 4K, but the problem is that I am unable to import the footage in premiere pro 2022 updated version... it shows some importer generic error.

Are you opening the files directly from the card or have they been copied to a hardrive?

What version of Premiere are you using and what is the file spec? Eg. H.264/H.265 HEVC? 4:2:0/4:2:2?
