Translate to English:

Hi, I'm looking for the .KYS files in Premiere, but I can't find them. I need to work on another PC and wanted to take my Premiere configuration with me, including the keyboard shortcuts, but the folder where they should be located is empty.

Does anyone know what might be happening or where else they could be?

I checked in these two paths:

1. Users\[username]\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\[version]\Profile-username\Win\
2. Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Pro\[version]\

• I have version 24.5.0
• Windows 11

Correct answer CrisGraphicCorner

I was checking in detail, and the problem was that the installation path had been changed by a technician when formatting the PC. So those types of files were on another hard drive.

"C:\Users\username\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0\Profile-username\Win\"

Mine are in the above folder

Edit>
This one you can simply paste into File Explorer:

%UserProfile%\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0\Profile-%UserName%\Win\

You may need to change the PP version number in above ie: 25.0, etc.
