    Oh wow, didn't even notice that. Yea make sure you installed Premiere properly through the CC Desktop app.

    I used Premiere yesterday, it still normal until now, so maybe that is the main reason why

    Open Task Manager and see if a Premiere process is already running. If it is, end the task. If not, restart your computer. If that doesn't work, clear your Premiere Prefs folder (Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro) and retry.
