I tried many different ways and first dehummer and then noise print and then noise reduction and played with the setting/levels and took different clips of capture noise. But 90% of the time it doesn't just reduce the ac sound well especially not without distorting the voice as well ?? If i recall long time ago Audacity worked much better. I have the clip open in premiere pro and then edit the clip in audition.

thanks, looks like a useful guide. On another note, as i'm going through the footage, and the audio clips' volumes are all over the place . Generally speaking, at the end i assume i can set all the audio clips to certain decibel level at once for this film to peak around - 10 db for example without having to adjust them individually i assume ?
