i have been trying to find any mogrt in panel but nothing is shown

i tried to reset everything, delete cache, mogrt folder and reinstall

but nothing works

i can search in adobe stock

Correct answer Ernani23050591fe6q

i have tried cc cleaner already but didn't work...

maybe OS format is the only way...

thanks

I've fixed this by putting MOGRTs in a folder on desktop, clicking in the menu beside "essential graphics" name, clicling in "add", selecting that folder on desktop and selecting that folder on "local" dialogue box : )

Hi -

Search in the local template uses 3 files called metadatacache.prmdc2, metadatacache.prmdc2-shm, and metadatacache.prmdc2-wal. These are located in your Profile directory in you Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro folder. Try deleting all 3 and see if that fixes the problem.

Just want to share what Adobe Support did when I had the same issue. I hope this helps.

First, please close the Premiere Pro and then go to these two locations and rename the "Premiere Pro” folders to "Premiere Pro.old". (if you want to remove the preferences for other Adobe apps, then look for that folder in the below location eg: After Effects, Photoshop)

  1. Open Finder/Explorer > Documents/ Adobe/
  2. Press Win +R > type %AppData% > Go to Roaming\Adobe\ rename the "Premiere Pro”.

Delete Media Caches: Press Win+R, type appdata > go to Roaming\Adobe\Common, and delete the folders "Media Cache Files" and "Media Cache" manually.

Thank you for sharing! And this solution worked for you?

Yes it did. I contacted Adobe Support for this and gave the instructions. Downside is of course your preferences won't be linked but it can be relinked if you want. Honestly, I'll just reinstall them all rather than not be able to search my mogrts. According to the agent, my preference was corrupted.

What do you see with the Local Templates and Libraries boxes checked, but nothing in the search bar? This is weird ...

A normal uninstall process wouldn't fix something like this.

Download the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool from their site. Use that rather odd utility applet to do BOTH the uninstall and removal processes. I know the instructions say uninstall first but DON'T. I've plenty of experience personally and on this forum with that tool.

It's kind of confusing but keep working through the numerical options until you get to a message asking you to confirm your wish to completely remove Premiere Pro and all its files. Do so.

Reboot and reinstall. This may work and thankfully is a fairly short process.

When you type something in the search bar, there will be a line appearing below it for matching items in the keywords for the mogrts Premiere "sees". Click that, and then it should show you any items matching that search. And further, what is available will change naturally as you tell it where to look ... so you should select Local Folder or Libraries or both.

Can you share a screenshot of your essential graphics panel, before and after you search?
