In the Export tab, expand the General settings at the bottom and check Use Previews, then try exporting.

What have you tried?

Try a different codec or a different save location. Set and in/out point  and export that.

I tried pretty much everything that an agent walked me through and remote controlled my pc to try. Still currently on chat with them now for a total of over 4 hours
