i don't know what to do!!

im a new user and really need some help, im making a paintball video which some of the footage is shot on a phone vertically how do i make it landscape or zoom just that one clip a little closer.

after you selected the proper preset for this video (make sure frame rate is the same), drag you footage to the timeline. click on it and open the effect controls (window-effect controls) and twirl down the triangle next to motion.

there you will find transform properties to scale and rotate the video as you like. if you highlight the motion video effect, you can do this right on the program monitor using your mouse.
