Ich kann nur Audio importieren

Question

HalloIch möchte gerne in premiere pro cc ein Video mit Audiospur einfügen (mp4) , aber es fügt nur die Audiospur ein und die Videospur ist dann weg. Also ich gehe auf ''importien'' und will dann ein Video mit  einer Audiospur einfügen (mp4). dannach importiere ich es und dann ist dort nur die Audio Spur von dem Video, was muss ich jetz machen.

Sorry for the trouble. We need more info to understand the issue better.

Are you trying to bring the mp4 clip from Project panel to timeline? If yes, it could be an issue with source patching. Please check this article: FAQ: Why does audio or video not go to the track where I drop it?

Or if you are trying to import media into Premiere Pro, then it might be an issue with media cache. Try the steps in this article: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?
