Hi everyone, I need some help.
I can't find the Color Balance (HSL) effect, and I have no idea where it went. I'm not sure if it's because I accidentally messed with some files or if something else caused this.
I specifically need it to create RGB text or rainbow text effects. If anyone knows how to restore it or can recommend a free plugin or preset that does the job, I'd really appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!

The Obsolete effects bin has been labeled as such for at least seven years now. As in, at some point they're gone. Moving to something else was a wise thing years ago.
The effect there were all 1) ancient code 2) not GPU accelerated 3) sometimes brought a whole processing process to CPU outta the GPU 3) were used by under 1% of the user base and 4) most color effects there used math judged by pro colorists to be ... not good enough for reliable use.
So what were you using that for?

I wanted to use this effect with the help of 4 Color Gradient and Color Balance (HSL) to create a Rainbow Text (or RGB Text) for editing a YouTube video.
But when I searched for it in my effects, I noticed that Color Balance is no longer available. Now I’m looking for a way to create something similar with another preset, preferably for free.
