Import error for Free Motion Graphics Template

I can't contact Adobe support as you can see from the attached image.

I've used these free motion graphics templates on my personal account before and they work fine. However, I can't use any of the free assets including motion graphics templates or lower-third captions on my company's account that I work for. Is this something to do with the company subscription itself? I've also attached an image of the error message I get each time I try to import any of these Adobe Stock assets. 

If you could please let me know how to fix this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
