Import error with MP4's

I have been haivng trouble importing any kind of mp4 into premeire recently. I have trashed prefrences, I have cleared media cache. I am using the correct studio drivers. No luck. any help would be appreciated.

Ive included an example of a video file I typically work with coming from a Lumix G7.

specs. Windows's 11 Home

GPU: NVIDIA 4080s

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x

32 Gbs DDR5 Ram

motherboard: MSI B650 Pro

As Far as drives. The drive I work off of is 4tb and it it at all times has at least 250 if not more Gb free. Same for the C drive.
