Import of projects in projects

Hello,

How can I import a project into another project in Premiere Pro CC, keeping the order of the clips of the prppj. 01 edit window and appending the order of the imported clips prppj.02 to it ? If I do this as a sequence, I only have one audio track- is that how it's supposed to be?
