Hi,

I hope someone can help, Im quite new to this, learining all the time.

I have imported by drag and drop to Premiere Pro several clips taken on my iphone. All looks good, I checked for visual and for audio, all fine.

After I import some more clips, I noticed the sound reamins fine, however the image has disappered on all clips in the panel. Im in Editing workspace, have not made any changes, just imported.

If I change to the Colour workspace, I can see a preview of the vsiual of the clip in the right Lumetri Colour panel, so it hasnt disappeared.

Closed PP and reopened, any ideas how I can get the visual back in the main panel???!

Many thanks,

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:

Hi Debs1674,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried clearing cache & checked if it's helping. If you are still experiencing the issue try switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only & check if it's restoring the preview.

Thanks,

Sumeet
