Importing an After Effects 23.1 composition into a Premiere Pro 23.1 video.

I have created a Simple Subscription composition in After Effects. I saved it and exported it. Then When I try and add it to my video in Premiere Pro it either shows an assest and solid folders but the "ok" button is faded out. If I pull the folder up and drag and drop the composition into the project panel of my video in Pro, there is just the 2 folders and when I drop them on the timeline the assets are all in there original state with no composition. I have tried bringing in the composition in through the Dynamic Link but with the same result. Please Help I'm Going Mad...
