Importing AVI to Premiere Pro

Hello, 

I am trying to figure out what Codec I need to download for premiere pro to be able to work with this file, the issue being I cannot upload the file to it, Ppro will just kick it out and say the file has an unsupported format or is damaged. Any help would be appreciated!
