Importing graphic into Premiere Pro

Hi there --

I did a screengrab (using the camera icon in Premiere Pro) and edited it in Photoshop to look a bit cartoonish. I didn't change the size or anything other than noise reduction and saturation in Camera Raw. I saved that file, and then placed it into Premiere Pro. When Premiere Pro transitions from the Photoshopped  image to the video, it jumps up and to the right. Check out the attached video showing it in action.

Why does it do that? How do I get it to stop doing that?

They are definitely not in the same Position in the sequence. Or simply the capture of the image is not a frame before the first frame that comes with the video, so they do not fit exactly.

Doh! I thought I screengrabbed a moment when the camera was motionless, but I actually grabbed one when the camera was panning right.

Thanks, Byron!
