impossible to contact support

I've been trying to find a way to contact the support, but didn't find any email, phone number or chat.. 

The website literally says real help from real people. Yet except this forum, there's absolutely no way to get in touch?

    This is a nightmare ant tbh almost insulting to paying customers.

    I had to google how to contact the customer service. And clicking on the "start now" under the "contact us" only sends me back to the main help page, so I'm in a loop here.

    thanks. Seems like it's account specific then... I don't see it there.
