Incomplete Effect controls panel

Hello everyone! I'm very grateful to anyone who will try to help...

I'm making a photo presentation and I just can't reverse my transition because I can't see part of the effect control panel, anyone can help?

I usually see some other stuff in the effects control panel in the left side that allows me to modify the direction of the transition. I'm super confused...

If this is a 3rd party transition you are stuck with the parameters given.

Looks normal to me.

On a side note your timeline is set to audio units. Uncheck in the panel menu (hamburger).

It's one of the basic transitions that are in premiere, I think the english verison is called "Push". I just installed Premiere in my new pc but normally if I clic on a transition the effects control panel looks like this.
