Insert Clips Between Other Clips not working

A few hours ago I was able to select in and out points with movie clips and using Control + drag I was able to move the clip into the Timeline with insert/yield lines.

Now I cannot get them to show up at all.

When I click on the video on the source and try to Control and Drag I get the pop up box. Again I can't drag it over from there.

Control and Drag from Source or Project Bin not working. I have tried resetting and closing Premier Pro but it makes no difference. Premier Pro CC. Thanks
