Insta360 editing export problem

I had been working on my first moto vlog and it worked fine with editing the insta360 files, and the problem was when it starts to get heavy, some of the clips start going weird like this and I thought it was just bugging cuz the file is heavy, but after when I exported, it came out like that as well and I'm clueless how to fix this thing. 

It's really weird. Most of them are fine, but if there's one file that's going weird like this all the sudden other insta360 files goes just like that. Even with my DJI mini 4 pro files. They are fine but start zooming really close and I can't fix it. Just restarting the project is the only way I keep trying it and I'm stuck. 

+ Media Encorder gets stuck at the last frame like when it's 95% or whatever. It just freezed, so I cut it in half and was gonna stick it again later the second file won't export again. Anyone knows the solution? Tried everything what the internet said and still having the same problem.
