Installing a previous version of Premiere Pro (10.3.0)

Is it possible to download an older version, like 10.3, from my CC subscription?  I'm in a course that is using 10.3 and I need to be able to edit at home.  How do I do that?

    restart computer

    sign in

    see if you now have the Previous Version tab.

    Or see: Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps

    My Creative Cloud app does not show Previous Versions.  Where can I find it?
